Shiva, a provider of IT solutions, announced today that it has successfully completed eight years of on-going support to SBA in the areas of Database administration and analysis.

Shiva was ultimately responsible for database management, administration, operation, and analysis. The environment included Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server, Unix, Java, XML, SQL, Unix script, etc.

The following services were successfully provided to the SBA over the past eight years:

• Database Servers and Systems Administration
• Implement complex business rules for eLend, Guaranty Purchase, Surety Bond
• Setup, monitor and maintain cronjobs for automatic application processing
• Manage Logins for IT Security
