Shiva announced today that Shiva and its teaming partner Creative Information Technology Inc. (CITI) has been awarded, The Office of Public and Indian Housing-Real Estate Assessment Center (PIH-REAC), Physical Assessment Subsystem (PASS) Business Support Contract. Shiva is the Prime Contractor on this HUD PIH-REAC initiative.
The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is the Federal Agency responsible for providing resources for empowering local governments, businesses, and organizations to build stronger communities. PASS assesses the physical condition of HUD properties through periodic inspections conducted by independent inspectors and provides timely information to field offices, headquarters, property owners, public housing authorities, lenders, management agents and other stakeholders for monitoring purposes.
On the PASS Business Support contract, Shiva will be providing the following services to the agency
- BUSINESS PROCESSES DEVELOPMENT AND MODIFICATIONS
- MAINTENANCE SUPPORT AND ENHANCEMENT SUPPORT OF OFF-LINE PROTOTYPES
- DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A SCHEDULING TOOL FOR HUD QA INSPECTORS
- DATA DEVELOPMENT, ANALYSIS, AND AD-HOC REPORT
Shiva will deliver these services in accordance with the highest technical and quality standards consistent with industry best practices.
