Required skills
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience
9 – 13 years overall IT experience
9 – 13 years server administration experience in large scale Windows environments
5 – 7 years active directory experience in remote access environments
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Expert level analytical and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of networks, workstations, and MS Office applications
In addition, the successful candidate will have experience in large scale corporate support including the following areas of expertise
Quality Assurance
Configuration management
Building, maintaining, and utilizing test environments
Methodical troubleshooting and analysis
Performance analysis and tuning
Contingency planning and risk analysis
Desired skills
Knowledge of Cisco switches and routers, Nortel VPN, dial-up, server h/w and s/w, and DHCP
CCNA, CCA, CCEA
