* Basic LAN Administration for Windows 2000/2003 servers and workstations;
* Email Administration
* Installation of workstation and file server software and hardware- locally and via remote;
* Support in technology upgrades ** both hardware and software;
* Diagnosis and resolution of LAN configuration problems;
* Provide problem tracking support (CA Service Center) ** end-user desktop/server support;
* Evaluation and diagnosing of cabling, software and hardware problems;
* Installation and support of telecommunications hardware; and
* Basic WAN/LAN troubleshooting skills/tools ** TCP/IP, Traceroute, NBSTAT, PING, etc.
* Documentation of standard IT processes and procedures.
